Programea’s journey began in 2017 with the foundation of Xotiv Technologies, a digital transformation and consulting firm focused on building reliable, high-quality software solutions for growing businesses. Over the years, Programea successfully delivered custom software platforms, cloud solutions, AI-powered systems, and enterprise applications, helping clients modernize operations, launch new products, and scale efficiently. With a strong delivery culture, long-term client partnerships, and consistent growth, the organization built a solid reputation for execution excellence.
In 2024, to support expanding global demand and strengthen its international presence, Programea was incorporated in the United States and Canada. This marked a new chapter and transitioning from a fast-growing technology firm into a global digital engineering partner with delivery teams in India and business operations across North America.
